When you say Mumbai as bollyood, Chennai as kollywood, Guwahati as gollywood Then Pathsala is the Pollywood, the cultural capital of lower assam. Yes it is famous for its dramma. When assamese movie is unader crisis, Pathsala's Theaters are creating wave amongst assamese people. Can u think of Titanic on a stage, leave that no dramma stage in the world ever afford that. But pathsala made it possible and every assamese people ha sseen Titanic like a live ship on the stage of Kohinoor. Also we saw helicopters and cars flying and running on the stage. We are all proud of it. It is the most peaceful town in assam. It might not be a big town, But you have everything in it from Kon Da's Gumtir dokan to Bajali electronincs, from Chandrakata to Sharma store. Can u forget Gopal Jalan the BIll Gates of Pathsala. With more than 98 percent of literacy and the colleges and schools of high quality you can say kerala of assam in education. There will be more than one who will be amongst the top at the matriculation, HS exams. How can u forget that small river (stream?) brihannalla, flowing accross Pathsala. How can you forget Prem Nagar, How can You forget Hari Mandir? the heart of Pathsala. I cannot forget the Rongali bihu functions, Ras and Durga puja. My heart is still with Pathsala, I love you.
